This script, along with JUNCTION, comprises the parts of the ISBL script SORTPOINT. Due to differences between OSBL and ISBL networks, it was necessary to split the tasks completed in the single script, SORTPOINT, into two separate scripts for the OSBL portion of the code. OSORTPT numbers those nodes which are numbered in the naUTilus numbering convention.
