Welcome to my home page.
I just got a French degree in General Engineering from the Ecole Centrale de Lille(September 1997) and a Master's in Environmental and Water Resources at the University of Texas at Austin(December 1997). My Master's thesis focused on the use of Geographic Information System (GIS) as a decision making tool for non-point source pollution problems related to urban development.
I am now back in my hometown of Toulouse, France, from where I am looking for a job.
