We all know that using arc/info Grid, we can remove all sinks from the DEM using GRID command FILL.
Interestingly there is a sample avenue scrip also has such function.
Here is the souse code, called Spatial DEMFILL
It uses the following Avenue functions: Av, GetActiveDoc, Theme.GetGrid, While,
Grid.FlowDirection,Grid.Sink,Grid.BuildVat, Grid.Watershed, Grid.ZonalFill,
true, false.
