As discussed per our phone conversation I am actively seeking assistance primarily from your graduate GIS class to convert our emissions inventory currently on excel spreadsheets into a GIS format. As I have been told, the labor intensive part would be to create several layers of both VOC's and NOx by digitizing our previously identified sources consisting of on-road, off-road, biogenics, equipment, point and area sources.
