  • Students of The University of Texas at Austin who are or have been enrolled in graduate or undergraduate courses in Transportation Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Community & Regional Planning, Computer Science, or Communications;
  • Members, associate members, or junior members of the national ITS who are students
  • Honorary members, and affiliate members.
