Eric Giannini Recognized at Structural Faults and Repair 2012
Eric Giannini
Eric Giannini, graduate research assistant with the Construction Materials Research Group, won the "Best Paper Award on the Use of Construction Materials" in the 14th International Conference on Structural Faults and Repair, Scotland, UK, July 3-5, 2012. He received the award for a paper entitled, "Effects of Elevated Curing Temperatures on the Mechanical Properties of Concrete Cylinders", authored by Giannini and Assistant Professor Jinying Zhu.
He has accepted an assistant professor position at University of Alabama at Tuscaloosa.
